"I have been attending Reiltin’s classes in Gorey Business Park since March 2012.

I had put on 5 stone over 5 years because of injuries. At Christmas I was down 3 stone and had no saggy bits!  I found Kettlebell class worked very quick to tone and strengthen my core muscles.  Reiltin has an excellent knowledge of fitness and training and is very encouraging, so much so I now do her Bums & Tums class and I did the Bootcamp in the summer which was great fun although we did hard workouts that pushed me through the fitness barrier. I used to dread going to the gym and exercise classes up until I found Tonezone. Now I find that I look forward to working out and its all down to Reiltin and her fun but professional approach to fitness."
